Please note that the closing date for entries is midnight on the Monday prior to the race meeting. The reason for this is that the club needs to arrange ambulance and marshall cover based on the number of entrants as well as ensuring there are the required amount of trophies. Due to the high number of late entries being received, it is making the race meeting difficult to administer and therefore any entry received AFTER the deadline will incur a £10 administration surcharge - There will no exceptions made for this. Please help us by getting your entry in in a timely manner. Please note that the club has a limited number of Transponders for emergency use. The Blue Book clearly states that it is the competitors responsibility to have a transponder for racing purposes.

Lets Go Karting Is Back!

The Let's Go Karting scheme is back and it has been improved for 2018! Please email mel@mansellkartclub.co.ukto book your slot.

The club supports the MSA's introduction to karting programme.
We have 2 cadet karts and a Junior Rotax Kart that are available to allow new drivers from 8 to 11 (height depending) for Cadets and 13 to 16 for Junior to try out the sport without having to invest in all the kit before they know if they like it or not.
The LGK session runs for approximately 30 minutes and includes a full safety briefing, kart familiarisation and opportunity to drive. We will provide a race suit, neck brace, gloves and and helmet. The session will be fully supervised by an instructor at all times although it must be stressed that motorsport is dangerous and all drivers take part at their own risk. All drivers must be accompanied by a parent.(Bring your camera!)

Cost for each session is £25 and is weather dependent.

For more details email mel@mansellkartclub.co.uk to make a booking.
